At the start of 2018 I had a wonderful assignment; to create artwork for the poster for 'La Traviata' for the Cincinnati Opera.  My sketches were at first not quite right, and after the art direction refocused me on what they hoped for, I came up with this image. 
Thanks to great collaboration I was able to right the ship.
